We like to give homework to our clients and so we have filmed some fundamental exercises for your reference. Your Instructor will let you know which ones to do at home before your next session. Carrie has also filmed some short classes focussed on the feet which are also available for free. We like paying attention to our feet here at The Pilates Nook because they have a direct influence on knees, hips and spine health!
