Our services

The Pilates Nook offers private and duet sessions in a studio setting, as well as small group equipment classes. All studio sessions are personally designed for each client based on their goals and functional needs, by our highly experienced instructors. Group classes follow the Pilates Principles and all clients do the same exercises with modifications and variations.

I keep fit and stay strong in the gym but through my profession I was experiencing tingling back pain from time to time and so, after many failed attempts to cure my back from health care professionals, I was recommended to Carrie. One year after hesitatingly walking into my first class...I now play and practice more than before and my back is left wanting more. Carrie has also given me greater awareness of my body, strengthened my core and I even get the odd compliment on my posture from time to time which never used to happen...oh and I felt comfortable the entire time and actually had fun.
